CEO and President

Lynne M. Schneider is the President & CEO with more than 35 years of experience as a Senior Strategy and Policy Subject Matter Expert in Defense, Knowledge Management, and Stability Operations. She leads EPE with a successful track record providing innovative solutions to senior officials/military and private industry on a global scale in the Middle East, Europe, and NATO. She served more than 30 years in the US Army Reserve and deployed to Iraq, Republic of Georgia, Poland and multiple exercises.

Ms. Schneider served on three advisory boards for the Secretary of Defense. EPE is focused on meeting and exceeding clients’ mission-critical goals leading multidisciplinary delivery teams to provide critical thought leadership and innovation to address international stabilization challenges. She is a co-author of several books on innovation and a key author on the Defense Support to Stabilization: A Guide for Stabilization Practitioners (2023) for the Peace Keeping and Stability Operations Institute at the Army War College.
